Our story

Built because the alternatives were making people feel worse.

I built this because I was tired of apps that make you feel like a failure for being human.

Every habit tracker I tried had the same logic underneath: streaks, reminders, broken-streak screens, start-over buttons. Miss a day and you're back to zero. The whole system runs on guilt. I don't think that's how real change works.

I have a programming background, so when nothing worked, I started building something instead of looking for a better app.

The first thing I changed was removing the idea that habits are just boxes to check. I connected every habit to a specific identity I was trying to build. Not "did I meditate" but "did I act like someone who's calm under pressure." Over time, those completions become actual evidence of who you're becoming. That was the first thing that made habits stick for me.

The second thing was the nervous system piece. The days I couldn't execute weren't random. They tracked my state. Stressed, depleted, activated. Trying to force habits through those states made things worse. When I started checking my state first and adjusting what I asked of myself, the guilt loop mostly stopped.

The app came out of those two things. You can build the life and identity you want. It's easier when you're not fighting your own nervous system to get there.

If that makes sense to you, try it. Seven days free, no card required.
